So continuing what I said the other day about how I had removed some of my accuracy in favor of shield, and did some more for absorption. I have started to see more and more resists on a target versus when I did have full accuracy. Having those resists causes the tank to lose threat because having a resist is equal to 1 threat, meanwhile when you don’t have a resist you get the full amount of threat. I removed the augments with the shield and absorption, and replaced them with the full accuracy again, and boom. No resists, full threat generation.
Now thinking of this, I wound up thinking about how to maximize my accuracy, as well as my shield. I remembered the Accuracy and defense stat enhancements and I remembered my math when I calculated how much accuracy augments would be needed to replace accuracy enhancements. For every Accuracy Enhancement you need roughly 3 augments to compensate but 2 Accuracy enhancements require 5 augments to compensate. Put 2 Accuracy Enhancements in your gear, replace 5 augments with Shield Augments, you gain more shield as well as 100 power to help generate more threat. Later on when you get 78 gear, you can replace more accuracy augments with shield and get even more power.
