So for a while now, approximately January 2012, I reached level 50 with my juggernaut. I grabbed the yellow matrix shard on Ilum, but I never got the shard nor Codex entry. So now that I’m back fully into ToR after taking some time off, I’ve begun my achievement hunting as well as codex hunting.

It bothers my that I can’t get this codex entry because my character now is someone incomplete and I don’t have everything that I should.

I sent in another ticket today to see what could be the issue and how to fix it. I got an immediate response saying that they have sent it to the Dev’s to see what can be done.

Fingers crossed it will get fixed soon!
