So if you guys have been seeing on my Instagram, I’ve been growing some bonsai trees. I’ve had one, a Hawaiian Umbrella or schefflera arboricola, since Thanksgiving 2013 and I’ve got various “offspring” from it.

My father and I went to Disney World two weeks ago and he thought it would be cool if I start other trees.

Well I got myself a Japanese Red Maple and currently there are three trees growing from the current seeds.

The Hawaiian though I did a massive trim to it in an attempt to bring it back to Bonsai form as well as create a Hawaiian “forest” with the cuttings from it.

The cuttings to the forest are showing some promise but the main tree is slow moving.

I’ll post in a week or two about any progress.
